GR Crew - Marine Consultant

I originally come from Brittany, in France, but have in Raglan since 2010. I joined the unit in 2012. I am an oceanographer and business consultant to marine technology companies. My life before Raglan includes working offshore around the world as a hydrographer and navigator on oil and gas fields and submarine cable installation vessels. I joined Coastguard as a way to support the local community which has been so welcoming and to put my specific ocean skillset to good use. I am grateful to be part of an amazing team of volunteers that are willing to drop anything they are doing to go help others. My hobbies include surfing, football, spearfishing, cooking and meat curing.
